Holiday Happenings & A Yummy Recipe

 I would like to start off this post with a precious picture of my boys in the morning.

I sure do loves these two!

We celebrated one of my co-workers birthday's yesterday.

I enjoyed a holiday doughnut and some yummy coffee in my holiday mug.

I am loving how our refrigerator is starting to get covered with all these pretty Christmas cards :)

I made Cookies & Cream Oreo Bark for the second time last night per husband's request.

I was going to post the recipe but it is pretty much self explanatory.

Take one 11 ounce bag white chocolate chips.....

and a vanilla flavored one pound package of  either 

Candiquik, Almond Bark or Candy melts.

Place white chocolate and candy coating in a double boiler over low heat

and stir continuously, until chocolate and candy coating are completely melted.

Take 10 to 15 Oreo cookies and.....

crush them on a cookie sheet.

Pour melted white chocolate and candy coating on top of crushed Oreo's

and place in freezer for five minutes to set.

After five minutes remove from freezer

and break up the bark.

Store in air tight container.

ENJOY!

 While I was preparing the bark Colton got to enjoy his first candy cane.

He really liked it!

I can't believe Christmas is next week!

I can't wait for Colton to see what Ho Ho is bringing him on Christmas morning!
