Christmas 2012

We enjoyed Christmas so very much this year!

 

I gave myself an early Christmas present. 

I got my first gel manicure in a very festive red color :)

I prepared Chicken Ranch Tacos the night before Christmas Eve.

They could not be any easier or tastier!

I found this on Pinterest last month and printed it out for my refrigerator :)

For my Christmas dinner contribution I made thumbprint cookies and......

Chocolate cupcakes with homemade chocolate butter cream.

My first attempt at homemade butter cream was nothing short of a success.

Colton has been so independent lately.

Here he is on Christmas Eve enjoying his lunch like a big boy.

I just love him :)

We were very excited for Santa to make his arrival at our house.

Santa delivered Colton a bulldozer, Lego table, Batman play set and a tool bench.

Colton loved playing with all his new tools.

Colton got a new ornament this year.
I love carrying on this tradition my Mom started.

I was excited for Josh to open this present from me.

We got super spoiled by Grammy and Paw Paw this year.

Grammy gave Colton this ornament for Christmas.

Uncle Shane & Aunt Liz gave Colton a race car and this dinosaur.

My Mom & Monther-n-Law spoiled me!
Grammy gave me the butter dish I had been wanting.

GaGa gave me the Valentines Attachment I wanted!

GaGa & Papa gave Colton lots and lots of Toys.

And this sweet ornament.

Colton stayed with Grammy for a little while the day after Christmas so I could organize his room.
He is totally set with toys for a long time :)

 GaGa & Papa gave Colton his first tent.

I saw on Pinterest an idea to make a reading corner in your child's room.
After many organizational attempts I finally got his room just right.
I wish I had taken a picture when it was perfectly clean,
but then that would not be like real life :)

His tool bench fit perfectly in his closet.
Aunt Rachel gave him a huge set of tools to go with his tool bench.

The 2012 Holiday season for our family was so much fun.
