The Big Two-Eight & Weekend Happenings

My 28th birthday was so much fun! We started celebrating a day early at the Red Elephant. I enjoyed a yummy chicken Cesar salad and an funnel cake for desert!

Colton was very well behaved and had a great time drinking out of his new sippy cup :)

 My Mom & Dad surprised me with this cute card my Mom made for my birthday. 

There was forty dollars inside! Woohoo! Shopping money!

  

They also gave me this awesome Whoopie Pie maker that will come in handy on Colton's birthday.

I love the light blue color and the cute logo.

It also came with a cooling rack, real piping bags & tips and some other handy baking tools.

After Dinner GaGa and PaPa came over.

Breanna surprised me with this sweet homemade card.

GaGa and Papa Gave me a gift card to T.J. Maxx and this sweet birthday card.

This was the first time in 6 years that my birthday did not fall on Memorial Day weekend. 

My sweet co-workers surprised me with awesome birthday treats. I walked into work and found

The lid for my Thirty One bag came in courtesy of my Thirty One consultant/co-worker/ friend Amber Moore!

I had to take a day off of my diet because I was also surprised with delicious Krispy Kreme doughnuts!

I treated myself to Charley's for lunch.

When I came back to work from lunch I had this beauty waiting on my desk!

So good!

 When I got home from work I walked into a clean house, yummy dinner and sweet birthday surprises!

It made me chuckle a little bit :)

Next was my card from my sweet husband!

I am so lucky to be married to such a wonderful man. I could not ask for more.

GaGa, Papa and Uncle Matt came over that night to help me eat my birthday cake!

My birthday rocked and I enjoyed every minute! 

The day after my birthday I decided to treat myself again :)

I always like to try unique, non-chain restaurants. If you have not tried Fickle Pickle you are truly missing out! This is what I like to call a hidden gem! 

I enjoyed a fried green tomato BLT. It was delish!

Saturday was my brother's engagement party!

Colton had fun sitting in his chair playing with his golf club. 

After the party we went home and enjoyed our back porch.
