Recipe of The Week
This recipe is from my dad. the day before Christmas Eve my Mom, Dad, Colton and I went to Costco. They had Boston butts on sale for $1.89 per lbs! You can't beat that. My dad smoked one for Christmas dinner. It was so good sliced on a BBQ sandwich. He graciously smoked my Boston Butt. When I went to pick it up he told me about a CrockPot recipe I could try with my smoked cut of meat. This recipe is super easy and very tasty!
