Good Finds
Hi guys!
I know it has been a long, long time since I posted some good finds.
Sorry about that but life has been so busy lately, but busy in a good way :)
Therefore I have tons of good finds to share with you this month.

The first good find I am sharing is my Beachbody coach Sara.
A little information on Beachbody: The company was founded is 1998 out of Santa Monica, California. They are the creators of workout programs like P90X and INSANITY. Beachbody combines challenging DVD-based workouts with easy-to-follow diet guidelines and nutritional supplements.

Anywho, when you order a workout program from Beachbody you are assigned a free fitness coach. I was looking for a program to supplement my P.I.N.K. Method program.
I saw the commercial for Hip Hop Abs and thought it would be a great program for me.
Sara was not the fitness coach I was assigned.
After searching for a Beachbody facebook page I stumbled upon her page.
Luckily Beachbody give you the opportunity to switch your fitness coach at anytime free of charge.
I switched to Sara and have been dropping pounds ever since.
Here is the link for her website.

You will see she is a true inspiration going from a starting weight of 220 lbs down to 120 lbs!

After finishing the P.I.N.K. Method program I asked Sara for advice on choosing my next fitness program.
She told me she achieved most of her weight loss goals from a program called Les Mills Combat.
This program is a mixed martial arts workout program. You punch, kick, block, and strike your way to an outrageously shredded body with 7 calorie-blasting and muscle defining workouts. You do Karate/Kung Fu, Capoeire, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai/Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do and boxing all in a single workout--burning up to 1,000 calories per hour!

I also learned through my fitness coach that there is a company that will pay you for your clothes that no longer fit.
ThredUp.com is a company that purchases gently used children & women's clothing. They will soon be purchasing men's clothing as well. You visit there website and request a complimentary closet clean out bag. Let me tell you from experience this is a huge bag! It holds tons and tons of clothes. The clean out bag comes with a prepaid shipping label. You can either drop your bag off at the post office or have it picked up from your front door by UPS.
In 5 to 7 days they will send you an e-mail telling you that your clean out bag was received.
In another week or so, they will send you an additional e-mail indicating the dollar amount you earned from the clothing you sent in.
Here is the link for the clean out bag:

Starbucks Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup was yet another recommendation from Sara.
This is a great replacement for unhealthy coffee creamer.
I go to the Starbucks at the mall and buy it directly from that store.
I use 6 pumps with a splash of non-fat milk in my large Tervis Tumbler coffee cup and it tastes just like it is from your barista.

I must tell you I am loving the results I am getting from Les Mills Combat.
It's so great to have a fitness program that you truly enjoy.
My hubby was so impressed with my results that he jumped on the Beachbody train and ordered our next program Focus T-25
Focus T-25 are fast-paced workouts that are jam packed with dynamic hi-intensity moves designed for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. The Hubby & I are truly excited to start this program. I plan on writing a blog post about my experience with this program.

My last good finds were found on YouTube.com
One day while searching for organizational videos I stumbled upon the following channels:
This channel teaches you how to get organized (in a really fun way!) with organizing tips from Certified Professional Organizer, Alejandra Costello.

Do It On A Dime is hosted by Kathryn. She is not a professional organizer, decorator, or money-saver, just a woman on a mission to lead a beautiful, organized lifestyle on a frugal budget.

Christine and Josh are Debt Free, but were not always debt free. They want to help others become debt free. They are firm believers in the Dave Ramsey way of becoming debt free. They host Debt Kickin' Sunday videos that they post every Monday. In these Debt Kickin' videos they answer fan questions and give lots of tips and tricks for becoming debt free. They also post additional videos on grocery hauls, garage & Goodwill finds and other miscellaneous fun money saving videos.

Clean My Space is hosted by Melissa Maker. She is what you call a S.M.E., a subject matter expert. She knows a ton about cleaning. She answers your questions about cleaning, puts how-to videos together, reviews cleaning products & tools and does giveaways on a monthly basis.
