Good Finds: The P.I.N.K. Method

I am so excited to tell you that I have started a new healthy lifestyle.
Back in 2011 Dr. Phil featured the P.I.N.K. Method on his talk show. I came across this episode on
You Tube a couple months ago. After thinking about it for a couple weeks I decided to take the plunge and order the kit.
