A Happy Week, A Happy Birthday & Recovery
Wow we have had so much going on the past couple of weeks.
I donated blood at the beginning of October.
The blood mobile makes a trip to my office building every 6 weeks.
I sure feel great every time I help my community!

I picked up this amazing memoir by Kelle Hampton.
If you have not yet read this book I highly recomend it!

I finally got to experience The Coton Colors Tent Sale!

This sale can be described as "A True Blessing"!
I love Coton Colors but have to pace myself when shopping there because
I do have a budget I try to stick to.
I was not prepared at all for the low, low, low prices!
I was given this box to fill up.

Here is my filled box!

I had been eyeing this welcome sign for a while.
I had to get it since it was only $7.50!

I got this football bowl for free by simply posting a status
update on Facebook about the tent sale.
You can't beat something this adorable for free!

This wooden wreath adorns our door every Saturday :)

After my second trip to the Tent Sale I thought it was time to start getting ready for husband's birthday.
I had quite a bit of cake baking to do.

This yummy candle burned all weekend and is probably the yummiest smell ever.
I thought Husband's birthday was a good excuse to purchase this candle :)

My parent's took Josh to his restaurant of choice for his birthday dinner.

Colton just loved the lemons :)

When we got home from dinner my in-laws came over for some birthday cake made by moi,
I made the Ultimate Chocolate Layered Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Birthday Cake from the Picky Palate.

Colton mowed for Daddy's birthday :)

He also enjoyed getting football tips from Uncle Matt.

Colton has been putting his Halloween bucket on his head
and running around the house laughing hysterically.
I think he thinks it is a football helmet.

As you can tell they loved it!

Josh lost over 100 pounds and his wedding band had been constantly falling off his finger.

Here is the band he picked out.
Happy birthday LOVE!

The Saturday after husband's birthday Colton and I got very sick with terrible colds.
Husband brought me some beautiful get well soon roses.

I had to take almost an entire week off from work to get better.
While walking into the kitchen to take my medicine I noticed my apothecary jars.
I love them more and more everyday :)

After being sick for almost a week and realizing I was on the road to recovery I treated myself to
a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks.
This little treasure can make anyone feel better :)

Up Next.........The Pumpkin Patch!!!
