 Couch To 5K
Husband recently lost close to 100 pounds training for the Couch to 5K.
As of today I have been doing the same training for two weeks.
I already lost 7 pounds and have so much more energy.
Here are my stats from the past week & 1/2.

  1. Way to go!! What app are you using that maps out your runs? I have the C25K, but really like how the one you've showed tracks your time and miles.
